I have an insurance claim. Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes, we work with all insurance companies, including out-of-province companies such as ICBC, SGI and Manitoba Insurance. We can deal with all the paperwork and submit the repair invoice directly to your insurance company.

Can you book my rental vehicles?

Yes, we can as we work with many national rental companies in Edmonton and surrounding communities.

Is there warranty coverage on my vehicle repairs?

Yes, Cougar Paint and Collision Inc. provides a lifetime warranty on all repairs. Cougar Paint and Collision Inc. guarantees that all vehicle repairs are completed to all manufacturers’ specs.

Do I have to make an appointment for an estimate?

No appointment is necessary.

When is my deductible payment due?

You don’t have to pay your deductible until your vehicle repair is completed and ready for pick up.

Do you provide shuttle service to my selected rental company?

Yes, no problem at all. 


Cougar Paint and Collision Inc. will be contacting both your insurance company and rental company with updates during the entire repair process.
