“I went to cougar to get my bumper replaced after getting rear ended by someone. I got top notch service. No pressure from anyone, everything was taken care of the way it should. I even had some scratches from another incident, and they touched it up free of cost. I was super happy with that and when I got in my car, they had it cleaned out for me, vacuumed and cleaned seats and carpet. My carpet and mats were pretty dirty and stained from the winter and now they look new. It was quite the surprise. “Keeping in mind that I didn’t actually have my repairs done here, just a quote: Cougar Collision was very professional and upfront about the cost of my repairs and what alternatives were available to me. Essentially I had minor bumper damage and it was explained to me that for damage that minor, I would be better off taking it to a small damage repair shop rather than replacing the entire bumper and repainting which is what they would do, or having someone try to buff out the damage and repaint it, which would cost more labor hours. Overall even though I didn’t have my repairs done here, it was a good experience.

“I called a few places around town to see where to take my car in, and while this place doesn’t have a super nice website or anything, it had a good review and the lady on the phone was super nice, so I took it in. All I had to do was drop in and they gave me a free estimate (one other place I called couldn’t get me in for a week, just for an estimate!!) I came from work so I was dressed up in heels and stuff, and at first I kind of felt uncomfortable like I was overdressed (it kind of seems like a biker place) but I sat down at the owners desk and he took my info and came out to look at the car and created an estimate for me, one to fix it all up nice and new, and one for the bare bones minimum I had to fix it so it’s safely drivable. They were really friendly and while I’m still shopping around for estimates, I would recommend this place so far.”
